Pepper spray has been around for over 30 years, primarily used by law enforcement and emergency service personnel. It’s inexpensive, easy to carry (and conceal), and simple to use. When offered within the context of proper training—which includes awareness of their merits and limitations—it enables people to feel safer, lead a less restrictive lifestyle and can be a real lifesaver!
